This fun 5K dash around Frederick Maryland's Baker Park is held annually on the first Saturday of December to benefit Girls on the Run of Mid and Western Maryland. Come ready to compete, and enjoy a hot beverage from Gravel & Grind Saturday, December 6th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. We will be bringing out the espresso machine and syrups to spread some cheer and energize you.
